Investor Update 7 December 2011
To answer a few of the questions and clear up the misconceptions among investors, here is an update with the latest information:
Q: Who is the producer?
A: We cannot say. We have already received emails from competitors looking for us to share our producer with them. These emails just starting coming in during the last couple of days and while we were going to announce the producer, we have decided not to in order to keep our competitive edge.
Q: When is the website going to be open for the sales of the new THC e-Cigs?
A: We clearly pointed out in the news of 1 December, 2011 => the new THC e-Cig will be marketed to physicians and medical cannabis dispensaries. We would not be in business long if we opened an ecommerce web site and sold THC e-Cigs to the general public. While that would create a lot of sales, it would be illegal and we would be shut down in short order.
Q: When are we going to get sales/income numbers from the non-profits?
A: We are working through those numbers now and will update via news as soon as we have them.
Q: What about upgrades to the BionicCigs.com website?
A: The new BionicCigs website is being built offsite and will be uploaded as soon as every aspect is complete. We have had delays but expect this to happen within the next two weeks.
