Rapid Fire Marketing (Pink Sheets: RFMK), a leading maker of vaporizers, announced today that the Company’s new dry herb vaporizer is being tested with the first working prototype. This testing phase is expected to be complete soon. The unit will then move to production.

Latest images for RFMK’s dry vaporizer. The unit depicted above is is based on Version 6 which is the unit that is currently being tested. The unit, once into production, will be available in multiple color schemes.

The company’s proprietary dry herb vaporizer will have several features which will benefit users:

Three Temperature Settings: Different herbs vaporize at different temperatures. This will allow the user to select the best temperature for the herb they want to vaporize.

Constant Heat Distribution: Internal stainless steel heating chamber provides easy access for changing dry aromatherapy herbs, provides advanced heat distribution and easy cleaning. One of the biggest issues for dry vaporizers is the difficulty in ‘drawing’ vapor from the unit because of the heating coil configuration found in most units. This new vaporizer will have a constant heat distribution mechanism which will enable a much easier ‘draw’ and superior taste. However, after 15 minutes of inactivity, the unit will lower the temperature in the chamber to conserve battery life.

Fold open and fold close design: This design will allow the user to quickly and easily swap batteries, load and clean the unit.

This new unit is being designed with no “off the shelf” components in order to be a superior unit at a very competitive price point.

Tom Allinder, CEO of Rapid Fire Marketing said, “We have four primary short term objectives which are to get fully reporting, get our DTC chill lifted, appoint a Board of Directors and get the new dry vaporizer to market. I appreciate HexCorp’s hard work in staying on top of the dry vaporizer development and keeping this project moving along on schedule.”

Safe Harbor:

From time to time, the Company may issue news releases that contain “forward-looking statements” within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and is subject to the safe harbor created by those sections. This material may contain statements about expected future events and/or financial results that are forward-looking in nature and subject to risks and uncertainties. For those statements, the Company claims the protection of the safe harbor for forward-looking statement provisions contained in the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 and any amendments thereto. Any statements that express or involve discussions with respect to predictions, expectations, beliefs, plans, projections, objectives, goals, assumptions, or future events or performance are not statements of historical fact and may be “forward-looking statements.” “Forward-looking statements” are based upon expectations, estimates and projections at the time the statements are made that involve a number of risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results or events to differ materially from those anticipated.

Since the last update, we have had made significant progress with regard to Rapid Fire Marketing’s business both on the corporate and the business side. I know for shareholders not privy to our efforts, it may not seem like it. Right now, I am devoting all of my time and effort to getting the corporate side done with respect to getting fully reporting and removing the DTCC chill. At the same time, development of our new dry herbal vaporizer is moving along on schedule.

So, using the same format as the last update, I have put together the following comprehensive update on our strategy going forward with respect to products and corporate structure. Points to be Covered:

Raise in Authorized

Fully Reporting Status

Removal of the DTC Chill

Funding

Dry Vaporizer

Growth Strategy as a Fully Reporting Company

Management Team/BOD

Raise in Authorized Shares

As you know, we were nearing the number of authorized shares which were set at 2 billion shares. We raised this number to 5 billion shares so that we could execute on our funding once we are fully reporting and to execute our strategy of acquisitions and purchases of immediately accretive businesses and, essentially, becoming a holding company. We had a choice of doing a reverse split or raising the authorized limit and we opted for the latter so that shareholder value would be maintained.

Fully Reporting Status

The order of events that we have to go through to become a fully reporting Company is as follows:

Complete the 10K to file with the SEC

Audited financials to accompany 10K

File the Form 10 with the SEC

File a 15c211 with a market maker to move to the OTCBB

As in the last update: We have put a lot of time and effort into the “getting fully reporting” process because this is the single biggest thing that we can do to add substantial shareholder value to this Company in the short term.

The holdup on everything is the audit. We hired one of the best firms in the business to essentially “build the books” for Rapid Fire Marketing shortly after I took over as CEO last year. The records for Rapid Fire Marketing were very incomplete or, in many cases, non-existent. It took many months of forensic accounting to bring everything up to date. The primary problem in getting through the audit is how we have classified expenses and income. As was noted in our annual report for 2011, there were a significant number of transactions by prior management which were deemed non-business related in 2010 and 2011.

I can tell you there is good communications between our auditing firm and our CFO firm. We will get the audit completed. When will the audit be completed and the 10K filed? Again, I am hopeful it will be very soon.

The 10K is complete; the Form 10 is well under way with our legal firm in New York. We just need the audited financials for the 10K and some minor work on the Form 10 to submit to the SEC.

Removal of the DTC Chill

Background: On February 17, 2012, Rapid Fire Marketing was designated Trade for Trade and exited from the DTCC’s Continuous Net Settlement System (CNS). Additionally, a few trading firms restrict the purchase of our stock and only allow sales.

The same firm that is working on our Form 10 is now working our DTC Chill issue. There has been excellent communications between our legal firm and the DTCC regarding this issue. Legal opinions regarding transactions that occurred in 2011 will be submitted within the next week or two. At that time, the DTCC will respond. Our legal firm has an excellent track record with regard to removal of DTC chills so we are hopeful that this issue will be resolved soon.

Funding

We have raised the amount of shares authorized in order to tap into our funding agreement with IronRidge Global which was announced on 25 September last year. Our immediate goal is to obtain the capital to build RFMK into a profitable and self sustaining business. Shareholders should be reassured that funding will be done periodically—and not done all at once. We intend to build the company with initial funding drawdowns.

Dry Vaporizer

Excellent progress is being made on the development of the new vaporizer. We expect to have new graphics and a working prototype within the next two weeks. We will update investors via our website once we have received these items.

Growth Strategy as a Fully Reporting Company

As discussed in the last shareholder update, we have made the decision that, in addition to creating our own products, we are going to be aggressive to acquire products from other companies and, in some cases, acquire part of or all of those companies that will be immediately accretive to revenues and profits. Organic growth is one strategy, but adding acquisition targets to the mix, if completed successfully, could show immediate gains in all of the financial key indicators for Rapid Fire Marketing. Raising the authorized share limit will enable us to make acquisitions and purchases that will be immediately beneficial to our bottom line.

Management Team/BOD

Once the audit is complete, we will be able to file the 10K and the Form 10. At that point, we will announce management additions and BOD appointments. We are getting high quality and accomplished business people for these positions and, as such, they understandably want to see the audit completed before committing to Rapid Fire Marketing. The business veterans involved have a great deal of expertise and experience in mergers, acquisitions, and other growth strategies.

I, personally, would like to say that I appreciate the patience and understanding exhibited by many shareholders. We have had some unforeseen hurdles that we were required to overcome, but our path to enhancing shareholder value is, in my opinion, clearly before us. Between accretive acquisitions, lifting the DTC chill and finally filing the past two years 10Ks, we will be well on our way to taking the next step up on listing at a higher exchange.

Regards,

Tom Allinder
CEO

Proprietary Dry Herb Vaporizers to be Focus in 2013; New Dry Herb/Blend Unit in Development

Rapid Fire Marketing (Pink Sheets: RFMK), a leading maker of vaporizers as well as the only publicly-traded company for vaporizers, announced today that the Company has updated its strategy for 2013 to reflect changes in demand in the vaporizer marketplace.

Since October of last year, Rapid Fire Marketing has been working with HexCorp to develop a new vaporizer exclusively for dried herbs and dried blends. The strongest demand in the vaporizer market is for a unit that will vaporize dried plant material and dried blends. To this end, Rapid Fire Marketing has developed a vaporizer which will be trademarked and patented and designed to be the best dry herb/blend vaporizer available in the marketplace. Rapid Fire Marketing will no longer order vaporizers constructed with off the shelf technology but, instead, vaporizers will be developed from the beginning to be the best units available in the marketplace with proprietary technology that will build the Company’s intellectual property portfolio going forward.

State-of-the-Art Dry Herb Vaporizer to be Introduced to Vaporizer Marketplace - See Details on the Vaporizer…

Progress on the new Dry Vaporizer unit is proceeding ahead of schedule. Rapid Fire Marketing’s HexCorp representative is in Hong Kong overseeing the development of this unit. These new units are expected to be available for sale within two to three months. The company’s proprietary dry herb vaporizer will have several features which will benefit users.

Tom Allinder, CEO of Rapid Fire Marketing, said, “We are very excited to finally be able to offer an innovative vaporizer unit that Rapid Fire Marketing will own and market exclusively. Since I became CEO, our vision has been to have our own line of vaporizers that are patented and, more importantly, are the best vaporizer units available in the marketplace. In developing our new vaporizer units, we have managed to keep production costs down to maintain very competitive pricing. The new vaporizer will retail for $199.95.”

Allinder continued, “We still are expecting delivery of 2500 more CANNAcig and Cumulus units in the next month which we will continue selling while we are waiting on the new dry herb and blend unit to be produced and delivered. We will not be placing any further orders for CANNAcig and Cumulus now that we are transitioning to a vaporizer company that offers unique designs with the functionality only available through Rapid Fire Marketing. We will be announcing the name of our new vaporizer in short order.”

“In addition, we have begun negotiations with other vaporizer companies to explore ways of working through joint marketing agreements. As I mentioned in my update a couple of weeks ago, we need to expand our business to either joint venture or acquire ‘hot’ items in the medical cannabis industry– which includes a lot more than just vaporizers. As soon as we are fully reporting, we will have the capital to expand and broaden Rapid Fire Marketing’s business significantly,” Allinder concluded.

Investor Signup future Press Release Distribution by e-Mail

Shareholders and interested investors are invited to be added to the corporate e-mail database for future press releases and industry updates by signing up on the website or by sending an e-mail with “RFMK” in the subject line to investorrelations@mindspring.com

It has been awhile since I updated shareholders on what is happening at Rapid Fire Marketing, so over the last couple of weeks, I have put together the following comprehensive update on our business including the corporate side as well as the products side along with our strategy going forward with respect to the business and the capital structure of the Company.

Points to be Covered:

Fully Reporting Status

Removal of the DTC Chill

Funding

New Product

Growth Strategy as a Fully Reporting Company

Stock Structure

Management Team/BOD

So, as of now, this is where everything stands:

Fully Reporting Status

The order of events that we had to go through to become a fully reporting Company is as follows:

Complete the 10K to file with the SEC

Audited financials to accompany 10K

File a Form 10 with the SEC

File a 15c211 with a market maker to move to the OTCBB

I have put a lot of time and effort into the “getting fully reporting” process because this is the single biggest thing that we can do to add substantial value to this Company in the short term.

The 10K is complete (with the notable exception of the audited financials). We have made adjustments to the 10K as we have moved along to have a current document to send to the SEC. Once the audit is complete, we will file the 10K and send the Form 10 immediately thereafter.

The audit for the purposes of the 10K has to be for a two year period. Since 2010 was too much of a challenge to complete due to changes in previous management, we had to wait until 2012 ended, compile all the numbers and go to audit again with 2012 to satisfy that two year period. Significantly for the future, we have built all of our 2010-2013 records into our Netsuite system which makes the audit a lot easier for our consulting firm as well as the auditing firm.

When will the audit be completed and the 10K filed? I am hopeful it will be very soon. I have also discussed (in detail) the timing of getting to fully reporting status with our auditors and consulting firm and they believe the entire process, (10K and Form 10) could be complete within 60 days. Understandably, there has been lots of emphasis on the 10K filing, but this is only the first part of the process to getting to fully reporting status.

By once again assigning an expected timeline, it is not to say that more obstacles will not appear and have to be overcome. I realize this has been a long and frustrating process for shareholders. I, too, have been frustrated by the pace of movement as well.

The upside of this long process is that today, Rapid Fire Marketing has cleared many of the documentation hurdles of the past and now sits, in my opinion as a well-organized Company. While this is not “visible” to shareholders, it is certainly visible to me. Many hundreds of man hours of work have gone into rebuilding the corporate and administrative part of this Company. I truly appreciate the efforts of those people responsible for turning Rapid Fire Marketing into this well organized Company. Every piece of information regarding Rapid Fire Marketing is at my fingertips now. Everything from contracts and invoices, to financial statements, correspondence, and a database of all documents to and from the Company and so on is in electronic form easily accessed through Netsuite. And, we have one person who is a Netsuite expert that maintains the system daily and alerts me to any problems or issues so we can resolve it immediately and keep everything current.

Removal of the DTC Chill

On February 17, 2012, Rapid Fire Marketing was designated Trade for Trade and exited from the DTCC’s Continuous Net Settlement System (CNS). Additionally, a few trading firms restrict the purchase of our stock and only allow sales. Since we have clearly maintained excellent liquidity in our stock, my strategy was to get the Company fully reporting and reapply for DTC eligibility.

In 2010 and 2011, I followed the problem of DTC Chills with quite a few companies. It was clear that companies that were doing short term funding were seemingly automatically chilled. It was also clear that the DTCC was targeting non-reporting companies. In some cases, those few companies that did get their chill lifted were chilled again shortly after regaining their eligibility.

Rapid Fire Marketing does not have an infinite money supply. I chose to get the Company fully reporting first as well as ending the short term funding that the SEC and DTCC target companies for. To spend tens of thousands of dollars getting the chill lifted only to be re-chilled made little sense to me.

So, to that end, we are close enough to completing the process of getting this Company fully reporting that we are in the process of getting the chill lifted now. We have the attorney engaged in the process of removing the DTC chill. I cannot give any timelines but we will get it done as soon as we possibly can.

Funding

Aside from being a non-reporting Company, Rapid Fire Marketing’s biggest issue was funding when I took over as CEO. The only means of funding the Company had in place at that time was through the 504- which is a short term funding usually done at a significant discount to the market price. Every time a 504 funding was done, the stock would take a beating. I was determined to get away from this destructive practice.

We completed the $2.2+ million funding with IronRidge Global, as announced on 25 September. This funding enabled us to pay for a large inventory of products and provide us with capital to grow this Company. However, the terms on that funding for the cash (capital) part was done with preferred stock which had to age 6 months and is also contingent on the Company becoming fully reporting.

The last short term funding we did with Rapid Fire Marketing was in early August of last year. We ended the 504 funding which was so hard on the stock and our shareholders.

Thus at this time, I have never been more confident in the strength of Rapid Fire Marketing. I am confident that this Company will re-emerge as a much stronger Company once we are fully reporting and we will have access to the capital with attractive terms needed to grow aggressively.

New Product

We are seeing steady sales of our vapor inhalers. It has sustained the Company for months with no outside funding.

There is a huge demand for a dry herb vaporizer. To that end, rather than take delivery of the second half of our order from HexCorp of Cumulus and CANNAcig vapor inhalers, we are going to production with our new vaporizer (yet to be named) that will be made from scratch which we will file a patent for. This is going to be a much more sophisticated unit than the CANNAcig/Cumulus. A lot of time and effort by HexCorp is going into this unit. We expect the final product to work better than any other dry vaporizer on the market and it will be priced competitively.

It is time that this Company created its own line of products and we are actively doing so now.

A representative from HexCorp is now in Hong Kong to oversee the creation of the molds and to finalize the electronic configuration of this new unit. I am involved in getting photos and drawings of the prototype and will post that info as soon as it is available.

Growth Strategy as a Fully Reporting Company

The medical marijuana industry is growing rapidly. Yet the industry is still dominated by small players. The medical marijuana industry is far more than just vaporizers. There are hundreds of small companies making great products. The problem is, in such a fragmented industry, accessing capital and the tools needed to grow are not readily available. Nearly all of these companies have to rely on private investors because financial institutions that will fund a company in the “marijuana/cannabis” sector are few and far between.

I have made the decision that in addition to creating our own products, we are going to put our best foot forward and be aggressive to acquire products from other companies and in some cases acquire part of or all of those companies that will be immediately accretive with regard to revenues and profits. Organic growth is one strategy, but adding acquisition targets to the mix, if completed successfully, could show immediate gains in all of the financial key indicators for Rapid Fire Marketing.

Stock Structure

One thing that makes Rapid Fire Marketing is the liquidity of our stock. The market cap is usually between $2 and $2.5 M but the value is in the liquidity of our stock. We have no near-term plans or desire to reverse split the stock. We can accomplish all we want and need right where we are. A reverse split would be counterproductive.

Management Team/BOD

I wanted to wait to get the 10K filed before any management team additions and board members were announced. We are close enough to getting the 10K off to the SEC that I will start making announcements regarding management team additions and board members within the next few weeks. We will bring in management that complements our dual pronged strategy of organic growth and accretive acquisitions.

Regards,

Tom Allinder
CEO

Seven Year Old Leukemia Patient Mykayla Comstock’s Parents Share What They Believe to Be A Miraculous Cannabis Cure for Cancer with Rapid Fire Marketing (RFMK); RFMK Will Donate 15% of Affiliate Vaporizer Profits to Assist Family

Rapid Fire Marketing (Pink Sheets: RFMK), a leading maker of vaporizers as well as the only publicly traded company for vaporizers announced today that Cheryl Shuman, Spokesperson for Rapid Fire Marketing, will be featured on the Ricki Lake Show this Thursday, January 10, 2013. See photo gallery from the show.

Ricki Lake is tackling what many consider to be one of the most contentious debates in health care today – medical marijuana. Ricki conducts a daytime exclusive interview with Erin Purchase and Brandon Krenzler, parents who have made national headlines with their controversial decision to administer medical marijuana to their 7-year-old daughter Mykayla who is battling an aggressive form of cancer. Joining the conversation is their friend and advocate, Cheryl Shuman, whose own battle with cancer led her to be the most powerful woman in the exploding new $47 billion cannabis industry and Dr. David Bearman, Advisory Board Member of Green Asset Incorporated, an expert in the field of Medical Cannabis.

“I was thrilled to receive a phone call from Ricki Lake personally inviting me to appear on the show. When Ricki told me that she had been watching my videos and wanted me to bring the latest legal marijuana products to demonstrate on the show ‘Martha Stewart of Marijuana’ style, I realized that the ‘pot com boom’ is now officially mainstream,” exclaimed Cheryl Shuman, Spokesperson for RFMK.

Ricki’s team of producers worked with Shuman to create a well-balanced panel of patients, physicians and medical experts with miraculous cancer cures using marijuana oil, cannabis juice, vaporizers and medicated infused edibles and tinctures with proven cases of life saving treatment.

Erin Purchase, the mother of Mykayla Comstock, reached out to Cheryl Shuman through the Phoenix Tears Foundation. Rick Simpson and Dr. Janet Sweeney had personally supervised the cancer treatment program for Cheryl and asked her to help Mykayla’s family navigate the media spotlight. Mykayla and her family are under contract with Cheryl Shuman for inclusion in television, film, speaking, media and book opportunities. Cheryl Shuman is represented by Super Agent Mark Itkin with the legendary William Morris Endeavor Agency in Beverly Hills.

Rapid Fire Marketing’s personal vaporizers are showcased highlighting a more image conscious approach to medicating in public or around people. The new “Haute Vape” line of vaporizers are sleek, sophisticated and elegant– something you could easily medicate with in public without raising eyebrows and are legal in seventeen states and usable everywhere e-cigs can be used. Vaporizers are currently estimated to be a $100 million business this year with RFMK and Haute Vape leading the industry in new design and revolutionizing the products.

Mykayla’s mother, Erin Purchase said, “Knowing from personal experience that cancer is financially exhausting, Cheryl Shuman stepped up to the plate in our time of financial need and introduced us to Tom Allinder, CEO of RFMK, who has offered 15% of all profits from www.bravemykayla.com to our family as a donation. Cheryl has been a guardian angel to us to help us feel secure financially through all the expensive horrors of Leukemia and Chemotherapy. Not only is Rapid Fire Marketing donating a percentage of sales from our site, they are also bestowing upon our family $ 2,000 worth of vaporizers for us to use for various fundraising drives we have in the future.”

Tom Allinder, CEO of RFMK said, “Our goal is to help the family raise enough money for Mykayla to see her through all of her health care needs as well as to finance a college education when she officially beats cancer permanently to live a long, happy and healthy life.”

The company has already received several inquiries for large orders of vaporizers when news of the talk show appearance was announced on the official Ricki Lake website.

The episode is set to air nationally on January 10, 2013 on “The NEW Ricki Lake Show”. Please check the website for the time and channel in your local area.
