PocketPuffer® Dry Vaporizer

Drawing for the 5 PocketPuffer® Units:

Drawing for the PocketPuffer® has been completed and winners were notified via email on July 29, 2014. All of the winners responded and are standing by to receive their PocketPuffer® and provide their valuable feedback regarding the unit.

First Production Model

A couple of weeks ago we received our first production model of the PocketPuffer® complete with graphics, branding and logo. During the last 2 weeks, we have conducted extensive testing in-house. While the unit worked very well, we did discover a couple of minor issues with the unit. These issues were discussed with our manufacturer and those updates are being included on the first production run. While this has led to another minor delay in full scale production, we feel that the units we will receive on this first production run will be of high quality and will work very well for users/testers of the unit. The manufacturer will ship units in batches as soon as they are complete. We expect to get an update on the timeline for production and shipping this week.

Business Update

As mentioned in the previous update, while there is a great deal of effort going into getting the PocketPuffer® to the marketplace, this is not the only initiative we are working on.

There are basically two different ways to build a business in the public marketplace; one is through organic growth through sales of products, the second is to either acquire or merge with a business which is already cash flow positive. We are currently in discussions with several private businesses that, if acquired or merged with, would provide immediate revenue and substantial cash flow to Rapid Fire Marketing.

Back in March of 2012 when I took over as CEO, my priorities were to get the Company to fully reporting status with the SEC and to get products to market. As it turned out, the getting fully reporting part took a lot more time, capital and effort than I had anticipated. This Company spent the better part of two years with the clean-up effort and getting our registration statement filed. As it turns out, this will be the most important goal we could have achieved.

We believe that mergers and acquisitions with non-reporting vehicles provide limited value and that we would not be able to attract a strong business as a non-reporting company. However, as a fully reporting 1934 Act company and with liquidity in our stock, we have had several private companies come forward looking to be acquired or to merge with us.  We believe the acquisitions and mergers will be the most cost effective and accretive direction to grow the business in the near term.

My team and are working diligently to find the best fit among the candidates in which we have been in discussions with. All of the potential acquisition candidates have revenues and are profitable. We believe we will execute on a merger or acquisition which will complete our transition from a non-reporting company with limited revenues to a fully reporting company with substantial revenues.

Rapid Fire Marketing (Pink Sheets: RFMK), announced today that its new dry herbal vaporizer, the PocketPuffer® is now ready to go to production. All changes as a result of testing both in China and in the U.S. have been incorporated into the unit. The first production round will be limited, but will include units for five individuals who will be selected in the drawing through Pocket-Puffer.com at the end of next week, 25 July, 2014. Individuals who will participate in the testing will be notified the following week.

Once these units have been received, they will be shipped out to the winners of the drawing. There will be a two week period in which feedback will be compiled and assessed to determine if any changes to the design will be required for the first large production run.  At this point an exact date for sales of the Pocket Puffer® cannot be forecasted, but as soon as the units arrive at the fulfillment facility in the U.S. the units will be stocked and ready for shipment.

The trademark process for the Pocket Puffer® is underway but cannot be completed until the unit is available for sale to the general public.

Rapid Fire Marketing will apply for a patent for the unit once we have received the first round of production units and one can be used for the process.

Other Company Initiatives

Rapid Fire Marketing is in negotiations with a few potential merger or acquisition candidates.

Tom Allinder, CEO of Rapid Fire Marketing said, “This has been a long process, but we will not release the PocketPuffer® into the market until it is complete and free of all defects and operates to a high standard. We have nearly completed this process and I am looking forward to getting our first production units in inventory and launching our sales plan to finally generate the long awaited revenues for the company”.

Dry Vaporizer

The PocketPuffer® is scheduled to go into production in the near future. We believe that we are still on target for the first PocketPuffer® units to get to our fulfillment center in California next month, as previously announced.  Rather than delay shipment of the units until the entire production run is complete, the manufacturer has agreed to ship units as they are completed. The PocketPuffer® units will be distributed in batches with the number to be determined at the time of shipment.

Prior to the first units arriving, we intend to have a drawing for 5 individuals to receive a free PocketPuffer®. Not only will certain individuals win a new PocketPuffer®, such individuals will be requested to provide feedback regarding our new PocketPuffer®  This feedback, in addition to the product reviews from our own individually selected product testers, will be analyzed and taken into consideration to make any potential adjustments on units (if needed) for the second production round.

The Company anticipates conducting drawings will begin May 26, 2014 and run through May 30, 2014. The results of the drawing will be available at Pocket-Puffer.com. Entries will be accepted until the first units arrive, at which time the drawing will be closed.

Business Update

While there is a great deal of effort going into getting the PocketPuffer® to the marketplace, I assure you this is not the only initiative we are working on.  We are endeavoring to build a high quality e-commerce portal for the PocketPuffer® and other vaporizer units. We are working on bringing a high-end e-commerce deal into Rapid Fire Marketing that we anticipate will potentially provide a significant source of revenue and also have the potential for substantial growth over the coming months and years. Dry Vaporizer

Production: As I mentioned in the last update, we would go to production at the end of the Chinese New Year. HexCorp had some issues with the factory in China as the one they were using closed unexpectedly and a new manufacturer had to be vetted and a contract negotiated.   The initial production unit has arrived in California for inspection and testing. Full scale production will begin shortly. Our expectations are that in three to six weeks the units will arrive at our fulfillment facility in California. The delays have been frustrating and unexpected, but we are looking forward to having our first unit available for purchase by June. We have an enormous amount of interest expressed from the marketplace in our new dual chamber, dry blend vaporizer, not only from prospective buyers, but from other vaporizer manufacturers as well. Our proprietary battery incorporated in the design of the unit offers a considerable amount of usage between battery charges.

Patent and Trademark: Perhaps not well known by many shareholders, trademarks take much longer when they involve anything that can be used for tobacco. Vaporizers fall into this category.  However, we initiated the trademark process ten months ago, so our expectations are that we will soon obtain trademark approval. The patent application will be submitted in the near future.

Branding and Graphics: This week, we will release graphics of the branding and logo of the new unit. We hired a professional marketing firm to complete the branding and logo work for this vaporizer unit.

Additional Vaporizers: We are currently in discussions with two vaporizer companies, but I am not at liberty to discuss any details because there is a non-disclosure agreement in place while negotiations are being conducted. Our own online sales site will be launched soon to facilitate the direct sales of the new vaporizer.  The potential joint venture and agreements we are working on are not just for sales of vaporizers, but other items related to the rapidly growing medical cannabis industry. We are open to  discussing a possible exchange of equity with a vaporizer manufacturer.   We are also considering a significant equity position in other vaporizer companies or outright acquisition.  I apologize for being a bit vague on details but, at this juncture, it is necessary.

Strategy going Forward

Other Strategies: While we are concentrating on the vaporizer and medical cannabis industry, we are looking at other potential agreements which will provide an immediate return on investment and added revenue to Rapid Fire Marketing. Our new website currently under construction will reflect our strategy.

Gary Gordon has been instrumental in bringing deal flow to Rapid Fire Marketing. He has taken a great deal of responsibility since joining the company and has enabled me to concentrate on finishing corporate business. He is leading the early rounds of negotiations and discussion and his knowledge of the vaporizer and medical cannabis industry has been invaluable. Bringing Gary on board has been one of the best moves we have made.

Gary will also be attending conferences and trade shows this year with regard to vaporizers and medical cannabis. A schedule of conferences that he or other representatives of the Company will be attending will be announced as we begin introducing our innovative vaporizer to the market place.

DTC Chill

Now that we have attained fully reporting status, our attorneys are working hard to get the DTC chill cleared. They have a dialogue with the DTCC and we expect to have an answer with regard to any further documentation we need to provide.  We understand the importance to have every potential investor be able to invest in Rapid Fire Marketing, regardless of which brokerage firm they have their investment account with. This is a high priority item

Rapid Fire Marketing (OTCQB: RFMK), announced today that the Company is fully reporting and now listed on the OTCQB. OTCQB companies must be registered with and reporting to the SEC.  Rapid Fire Marketing has now obtained the services of a Market Maker to file, or essentially “sponsor”, the Company onto the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB). As previously announced, the company will be applying for a name and ticker symbol change with FINRA.

Tom Allinder, CEO of Rapid Fire Marketing, said, “This has been a long and arduous journey, but we have finally arrived as a fully reporting Company with the SEC. Now the real work begins in building a diversified stream of income into this Company. I want to thank our shareholders for their patience as we moved through this process that took the better part of two years.”

So many companies over the years had announced they were going to obtain fully reporting status but so few succeeded. Our team, in spite of the difficulty of the task, pressed on and achieved this important milestone for the Company.”
