Shuman will serve as media spokesperson and will conduct marketing, public relations, product placement, consulting services for Rapid Fire Marketing. The partnership gives RFMK first in line for all celebrity media product placement opportunities in film, television, music and lifestyle media.</p>
<p>Cheryl Shuman is best known for her recent work on the television show &#8220;<a href="http://www.fxnetworks.com/shows/originals/wilfred/" target="_blank">Wilfred</a>&#8221; on the FX network starring Elijah Wood and Jason Gann. Referred to as the &#8220;Martha Stewart of Marijuana&#8221; by international media, Shuman brings 25 years of experience working with media, celebrities, marketing and health care in Beverly Hills.</p>

Development is anticipated to begin early next week. Once all specifications are met, the manufacturing facility will set up the new unit for production. Rapid Fire Marketing will also file for a patent of the new device once complete and approved.</p>

This shipment of 2,000 units is marked for ecommerce sales through the online store and affiliate websites along with distributors in California and Arizona. Vapor Inhaler’s CANNAcig model will be sold to both Medical Marijuana Cooperatives for patients, Doctor’s Offices for recommended use by a Physician, and normal retail outlets such as store fronts, smoke shops, liquor stores and other outlets where vapor inhalation devices can be found. The second round shipment will include better and more attractive packaging as well as an upgrade to a slimmer mouthpiece.</p>
<p>“I am happy we finally have this order underway. It took some serious funding to order this many units but our margins are great and we intend to keep reinvesting the principle and profits into new orders. I am working with distributors in the Eastern U.S. while OHM is working in the Western U.S.,” said Tom Allinder, CEO of Rapid Fire Marketing.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>First of all, I want to say thank you to all our supportive and loyal shareholders. We are working through a very busy time here at Rapid Fire Marketing. The Company is beginning to transition from a Company of ideas for products and services to a Company with <em>actual products and distribution</em>.</p>
<p>As you are aware of, last week we initiated a $100,000 funding for the Company which resulted in an issuance of 47M shares into the marketplace. This was a difficult decision for me because I hate short term funding. However, at this point we have only one way to finance ourselves which is via the short term funding solution always used by this Company.</p>
<p>Here is Why:</p>
<p>Rapid Fire Marketing is a <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>NON-REPORTING OTC Company</strong></span>. Being non-reporting essentially means we have no “credit rating” with growth funders. Having no credit rating means the only funding we qualify for is highly collateralized which means selling stock to an investor at a 50% discount to the market price.</p>
<p>In the month or so since I became CEO, I have looked at many funders and have been contacted by many funders. None offer a better solution than what we have right now for a <em>non-reporting OTC Company</em>. We are stuck in this circumstance. So… we need to change our circumstances.</p>
<p>Knowing the non-reporting status of this Company, I started taking steps to fix this problem on day one as the new CEO.</p>
<p><strong><em>In order to get a better funding deal, we must start the process of becoming fully reporting</em></strong>. This is a big process; none of it is going to be easy or particularly pleasant to go though. However, it must be done.</p>
<p>We have a number of funders interested in giving us the long term growth funding we are looking for <strong>IF</strong>: <em>We initiate the process of becoming fully reporting</em>.</p>
<p>Over the last several weeks, I have talked to a number of firms that perform the process of audits and filing the S-1. We have to work with the right firm in order to do this in a cost effective and expeditious manner. I have narrowed the field down to one firm in California. I am expecting the proposal from them any time now.</p>
<p>If their proposal is reasonable, and I do expect it to be after all of the conversations we have had back and forth, we will engage this firm to initiate the process of getting Rapid Fire Marketing to fully reporting status.</p>
<p>Once this firm is engaged, we can then go to several funders and get a deal done with regard to the long term growth funding we are looking for to grow Rapid Fire Marketing for not just a month or two but indefinitely.</p>
<p><strong>Expenses</strong></p>
<p><em>Going back to the $100K funding we did, here is how we are spending the money:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>CannaCig 2<sup>nd</sup> round production: $30,000-50,000</li>
<li>Retain Firm to Become Fully Reporting: $10,000-20,000 (estimate)</li>
<li>Fund and get Sales Office in Los Angeles operational: $8,000</li>
<li>Clearing Investor Debt: $11,000 (this is the last of debt the Company owes to previous investors that funded the Company)</li>
<li>Start R&amp;D of the Pocket Puffer and Power Pocket Puffer; initial outlay is $1,500…</li>
</ul>
<p>As you can see, we are spending a lot of the $100K on things this Company needs to do RIGHT NOW.</p>
<p>We do expect to have a reasonably quick turnaround with a 100%+ margin on the 2<sup>nd</sup> round of the CannaCigs because most of them are going to distributors. Once that money is in, we will go to a third round and use all of the proceeds <em>and profits</em> to continually increase the order size.</p>
<p>Additionally, we are working with our producer to decrease the production costs of the second round. Any reduction in costs will add to our margins… Also bear in mind that we had some minor issues with the first production round; all of these issues have been resolved and when the 2<sup>nd</sup> round of CannaCigs come in, they will be ready to ship off to distributors without delay.</p>
<p><em>Obviously the CannaCig is a major part of our business here at Rapid Fire Marketing. I am so thankful to have Judah Neiditch to work with at Otherside Health Management. His hard work, 7 days a week, has made this whole business possible. I cannot say enough about his efforts and the results he has produced for this Company.</em></p>
<p><strong>Going Forward</strong>…</p>
<p>If we are able to retain a firm to begin the process of getting fully reporting and if we are able to get a long term growth funding, it will completely change timelines and strategy of this Company. <em>I am confident we will achieve both objectives</em>.</p>
<p>With regard to moving toward getting fully reporting and getting long term growth funding, it does not happen overnight. I have been working every day including weekends to realize these two objectives. While there are some investors that think I am a Genie and all I have to do is cross my arms over my chest and make funding and fully reporting status appear instantaneously, most of you understand what a big endeavor this is.</p>
<p>As long as I am the CEO of this Company, I will continually work to turn this into a REAL COMPANY. I have been in the micro caps for well more than a decade and I am sick of the micros. Once we are in the process of becoming fully reporting, the next process will be to file the 15c211 to move to the OTCBB.</p>
<p><strong>REAL COMPANY</strong></p>
<p>Another part of being a real company is having a management team and board of directors. I have talked about this before. In order to be viewed as a real company, we need to be structured like a real company. The days of having one officer and one employee will soon be a thing of the past.</p>
<p>I am interviewing individuals for management positions as well as board of directors appointments. I have already made the first appointment to the board of directors. The name of the individual will remain undisclosed for now; reason being that publication of names of management team members and board of director appointments will complicate and delay the S-1 filing. Be assured that anyone that I select will be highly qualified and will have the same vision that I do which is substantial growth of this Company.</p>
<p><em>Within the next few months Rapid Fire Marketing will undergo substantial changes and begin to look and run like a real company.</em></p>
<p><em>Becoming fully reporting having a growth funding in place, having a management team and a board of directors will greatly ease the process of getting our full DTC eligibility back.</em></p>
<p>We have much work in front of us… But, we are going to work through every task and get this Company where it needs to be.</p>

I have narrowed the search down and now am in negotiations with <em>one firm</em> to conduct an audit of our financials, and begin the process of getting Rapid Fire Marketing to <em>fully reporting status</em>. Once we have a signed agreement it will be announced.</p>
<p>I expect to see significant growth in this Company over the coming months. We need to position this Company to be able to achieve that growth by becoming fully reporting, moving to the OTCBB, and regaining our full DTC eligibility. By accomplishing all these objectives, we can get all of the funding we need to assure that our growth is not ever limited in any way.</p>
<p>Over the last few days, I have been putting together a presentation for investors. The presentation will clearly outline where we stand and what we are working on to achieve growth over the coming weeks, months and years. I expect to have that presentation ready next week.</p>

Additionally, pre-orders for the Vapor Inhaler’s CannaCig model have been coming in through <a href="http://vinhaler.com/">VInhaler.com</a> and the distributor side of Rapid Fire Marketing’s website. A substantial marketing effort has been underway through the weekend, and will be stepped up this week and beyond, to build interest and awareness of the CannaCig. Marketing includes viral campaigns, street marketing and product posters which include one already visible on Hollywood Blvd in Los Angeles which has substantial traffic. The CannaCig will be available at Otherside Health Management and Tabu Smoke Shops starting today. Otherside expects to sell out of our first trial run before the week’s end and Tabu is already requesting more units. The Vapor Inhaler CannaCig model will be distributed nationwide after the next order arrives.</p>
<p>“We are ready to move forward now with full production of the Vapor Inhaler’s first model which we named the CannaCig. There are specific actions being taken in anticipation of our next orders delivery. This week we will set up our distributor program including following up on solid leads that we want to act on quickly. We have talked to several distributors that want the CannaCig as soon as possible. Next, we will set up our online store and an affiliate program for websites to sell the unit, minus the active ingredient of course,” said Tom Allinder, CEO of Rapid Fire Marketing.</p>
<p>The clear success of the CannaCig is prompting Rapid Fire Market to order a second round of production. The size of the production is set to be 500 units but could grow depending on the final count of pre-orders and interested vendors. Production cost will now be reduced to $30.00 per unit while the pricing structure will remain the same. with a retail price of $99.95 per empty unit and $120.00 with the active agent.</p>
<p>“The effort to transform this company into a structured entity and viable brand name is under way. The business plan is almost complete. I am being persistent with the DTCC to discover a reason for the chill and have it removed. Obviously, we need to achieve larger production runs but that can only be done through the growth financing I have been speaking of over the last couple months. That continues to be a big focus of mine and will be until we have a deal in place that enables us to do large production runs, introduce our new products and hire more staff,” said Allinder.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Rapid Fire Marketing (Pink Sheets: RFMK) announced today that the first round of testing and inspection of the Vapor Inhaler&#8217;s first model, named the <a href="http://vinhaler.com/home.html" target="_blank">CannaCig</a>, is complete. The following minor issues were found:</p>
<p>The instruction manual&#8217;s wording and layout were not clear and up to our standards. Otherside Health Management has re-written and redesigned a new instruction manual that also necessitated re-printing which has resulted in a top quality and understandable instruction booklet. Now that this manual is done, it will not be an issue on the second and subsequent production runs.</p>
<p>We found two bad batteries and while all other parts received were up to quality standards, we decided to thoroughly retest all batteries and chargers, which is in process now. It is the objective of Rapid Fire Marketing and Otherside Health Management to bring quality units to the marketplace. We also have obtained a supply of extra batteries and are ordering more chargers to resolve any issues with the CannaCigs that are sold.</p>
<p>Product Launch and Marketing</p>
<p>Vapor Inhaler&#8217;s first model, the CannaCig will undergo a full launch on Monday, 9 April. An aggressive marketing campaign will commence late this week and through the Easter weekend.</p>
<p>Product Pricing and Production</p>
<p>The price structure of the CannaCig units is as follows:</p>
<p>Our Cost: $50 per unit. This cost will be reduced to around $30.00 per unit on the second and subsequent production runs. The unit will retail at $99.95 ($120.00 with active agent) until the Holiday Season where it will be marked down to $69.99 ($90.00 with active agent) and remain at that cost. The first run included set up of many items such as printing and customization. Now that this is paid for, we will not have to incur this cost again.</p>
<p>&#8220;We are very pleased with the first production run, and even though it was a relatively small number of units, we now are assured the manufacturing is quality. We have decided to continue with our manufacturer into our next production run consisting of 500 units minimum. However, if funding comes through, we will bump that up to 1,000 – 5,000 units,&#8221; said Tom Allinder, CEO of Rapid Fire Marketing.</p>
<p>Distributors and Funding Update</p>
<p>We have many inquiries from distributors around the country, as well as overseas, to follow up with. The apparent demand from distributors and interested individuals will necessitate a large second round production.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After about 3 weeks as the new CEO, I have had a chance to take stock of all the operations of Rapid Fire Marketing’s business and here are a few updates to explain where things stand:</p>
<p>In response to many shareholder enquiries, here is an explanation of the increase in number of outstanding shares:</p>
<p>There was an issuance of 15M shares to an entity that is providing services for the Company. The other 35 million shares were registered to pay off Company debt. The debt was incurred as this investor has been putting money into the Company over the last couple of years. This action was initiated just before I took over as CEO.</p>
<p>At first, I thought this was a bad thing; but it is going to be a good thing. I want all the previous funders out of this stock before we start posting revenues from the sales of the CannaCigs.</p>
<p>I have said before, we <em>cannot continue to rely on short-term funding and small fundings that result in free trading stock being dumped into the marketplace</em>. It is my mission to find out where all the stock is and clean it up once and for all.</p>
<p>I am sure many of you are wondering exactly what I am doing…</p>
<p>First, most of the shareholders that have contacted me are completely focused on having CannaCigs on shelves. While this is an important milestone, the <strong><em>most important thing</em></strong> that this Company can accomplish in the short term is to get a growth funding done that will take care of our needs for years to come.</p>
<p>Here are some numbers for you to digest:</p>
<p>Cost of a 10K unit run of the CannaCig: $230,000</p>
<p>Cost of a patent for the Vapor Inhaler: $10,000+</p>
<p>To fund things like this, <strong><em>we need a REAL funding</em></strong>.</p>
<p>I have been working 7 days a week to complete the business plan for the CannaCigs and our follow on products. </p>
<p>I have finished the first draft of the business plan and am having a couple of very experienced people I trust completely look it over and provide feedback. Once this business plan is done, it will be presented to all the LONG TERM GROWTH funders I have been talking to over the last few weeks.</p>
<p>Several of these growth funders are very interested in what we are doing. However, we need a clear, concise and detailed business plan to present to them before we can expect to get funded.</p>
<p><em>In effect, with the right long term funding package, we can quickly build this Company.</em></p>
<p>A word of caution though; I am working as hard as I can to get this Company set up for growth. This is a process and not something I can just switch on. It is going to take time to bring all the things I have mentioned to fruition.</p>

<p>Over the next two weeks, Tom Allinder, CEO of Rapid Fire Marketing will be presenting the Company’s business plan to several interested funders. The objective, as stated repeatedly in the past is to obtain long term growth funding to not only finance large production runs of 5000-10,000 units of the Company’s products but to also start audits and file with the SEC to become fully reporting. Secondary objectives are to hire additional individuals to fill key management team positions as well as other positions needed by the Company to ramp up production and distribution of the CannaCig and follow on products.</p>
